 General Objectives of the The Degree of Bachelor’s in Business Law:

The program of Bachelor’s in Business Law aims to provide fundamental legal and economic knowledge and systematical legal thinking; to provide in-depth knowledge on regulations of domestic and international commercial environment. It also provides professional competence to students for their career or for higher education..

Teaching methods of the Degree of Bachelor’s in Business Law:

- Lecturers incorporate modern methods in line with the credit training method and CDIO approach method (Conceive - Design - Implement - Operate) to help students achieve their learning outcomes in each module and general output of the training program;

- Take the learner at the heart of the training process to promote learner autonomy. Strengthen the role of lecturers in organizing, guiding, orienting and controlling learning activities, creative thinking activities and training skills that help learners can take control of their own knowledge and to achieve the objectives of knowledge, skills and attitudes required by the program;

- Enhance the use of active teaching methods to increase self-discipline in learning, self-learning and self-study ability; develop creative thinking, critical thinking; practice hands-on skills, improve teamwork skills, search skills and information processing, presentation skills for students;

- Enhance practical activities in the training process to provide practical knowledge for students;

- Enhance teaching in foreign languages (English) for the modules in the curriculum..

Learning method of The Degree of Bachelor’s in Business Law:

- Students need to improve self-study, work in group before go to class;

- Students build their own learning progress, and change the way of learning in the direction of exploring and learning. Learn how to come to understanding; how to self-learning;learn practical skills and attitudes in the profession; learn independent, creativity, flexibility style in awareness and action;

- Students must combine the use of modern technology equipment, foreign language ability, information technology to support learning.

Examination and Evaluation of The Degree of Bachelor’s in Business Law:

- Lecturers need to use a variety of assessment methods that are consistent with the syllabus for regular assessments, midterm assessments and end-of-module assessments. The scope and proportion of the evaluation plans should be clear and disseminated to all interested parties. The standards applied in the evaluation plans must be transparent and consistent throughout the curriculum;

- Functional units apply appropriate procedures to ensure that evaluation plans are valid, reliable, and fairly implemented.
